Junior Winter Showcase @ Siti Dance Studio

Students must register to participate
Registration fee: $25 per person
(Includes group performance, participation gift, and professional photos by AG photography. Does not include solo, duo, or trio performanes)
Registration deadline: November 15th. Registration is not refundable after deadline.
Reduced registration fee of $15 is available for students of Advanced group for whom group performance is not available.
Group Performances:
Each group class including Beginner, Pre-Bronze, Bronze, Intermediate and Performance Team classes will dance a group number choreographed by their teacher.

Student/Teacher and Student/Student
Duo and Trio Performances.
Additional Fee: $20 per dance.
Great opportunity to dance in a competition format with multiple couples on the floor. Improve your performance skills without been judged. Less pressure more fun.
An unlimited amount of dances can be performed including Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Double, Jive, Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz and Quickstep.
Private Lessons are required for preparation.

Student/Teacher and Student/Student
Solo Performances:
Additional Fee: $30 per dance.
A very unique opportunity for students to perform a themed choreographed show dance to specific song of your choice.
Additional Private Lessons are required for preparation.

This class is the next level after Pre Bronze I. In this class, Bronze level Latin and Standard techniques and figures will be discussed and practiced in greater depth. During this class students will become more versed in their knowledge of the Standard and Latin dances.

This class is specifically designed for the thorough study of fine technical elements of various steps in the International Latin Style, as well as their application in students’ competitive routines.

Beginner II B (7-9 y.o.)

This is an introductory class to Latin and Standard dance for children ages 7 – 9. The class begins with basic movements for Latin and Standard dances. During the class students will learn the basic movements and combinations of figures and learn to dance them in newcomer level routines to music. Students will also study various musical rhythms, and improve their posture, flexibility, and partnering skills. Upon successful completion of the Beginner II class students will move into the Pre Bronze II Class.

(A student’s next class is decided by the instructor.)

Student Capacity: Minimum 6, Maximum 16 

Bronze III Latin

Bronze III (11+ years old) Latin with Oleksandra.

This class is the next level after Pre Bronze III. In this class, Bronze level Latin techniques and figures will be discussed and practiced in depth. During this class students will become more versed in their knowledge of the Standard and Latin dances.

Supervised Practice

Ballroom 2

This class covers the study of routines, as well as the practice and application of corrections from Technique classes and Private lessons. During this class, students will work on perfecting and refining their routines. They will be able to dance their steps in slow tempo and to music, practice the specific techniques covered in the technique classes, and work with partners. The instructor will guide the students by offering corrections and answering questions.

This is a class for serious competitive dancers, where they prepare their dance routines for Dance Sport competitions. The class covers competitive training, which includes learning and becoming more comfortable with the competition experience. Students will improve on endurance, musicality, presentation, and proper conduct at a competition.
