Tango & Salsa class continues for the Adult Beginners at 8:15pm – 9:00pm Wednesday, 7/20/16.

Did you know Tango originated in the bordellos of Buenos Aires, Argentina? The American Style Tango moves along the line of dance and uses a staccato movement of the feet and flexed knees to highlight the dramatic style of the Tango.

Salsa is a very popular dance, with a mix of many different rhythms. Salsa is considered the national music and dance of Puerto Rico. Many dancers love to dance Salsa when they go out to a club.

There is no need to bring a partner with you. You will dance with other students in class.
